Pregnancy is a period of enjoyment and intense experience. But pregnancy also changes a lot in your body. Swimming is one of the few sports that you can practice throughout the entire pregnancy. If your belly starts to increase in size, many movements are often less pleasant. In the water, however, you can make virtually all movements without problems. You feel almost weightless due to the upward force of the water. And that has a wonderful relaxing effect on your body. You can also exchange all sorts of experiences together with other expectant mothers. This creates a unique and valuable bond.
Pregnancy swimming is as mentioned in a group context. The lessons are given by a qualified swimming instructor. Responsible and fun exercises are given, so that you also stay in shape. After you give birth, you need time to restore your body / condition. You can also come to us after childbirth during pregnancy swimming, so that you can start exercising again at a leisurely pace and eventually move on to another aqua sport.
