Aquarobic |

Aquarobic is a workout in shallow water and consist of aerobic exercises, | ||||
usually set to music, that focuses on cardio fitness, core strength and flexibility. | ||||
You don’t need to be able to swim to do this form of aquarobics. Aquarobic is | ||||
a group exercise and starts with a warming-up followed by an endurance | ||||
training and ends with a cooling down. | ||||

Aquajogging |

Aquajogging consists of jogging in place and other athletic movements. | ||||
It is done in deep water while wearing a flotation device, which we have | ||||
available for you in the accommodation. This form of exercise relieves the | ||||
ankles, knees and hips and gives you a save way of doing your workout. | ||||

Would you like to do some swim training and improve the different strokes? | ||||
If you don’t like to “just “ do some lane swimming on your own, join this | ||||
group. We have different levels, from beginners up to more advanced | ||||
swimmers. The trainer helps you improve your swimming techniques and | ||||
encourages you to work on your condition. | ||||
